!Cognitive biases of the different stakeholders : Don't blame the data

As product managers, we rely heavily on gathering data in order to make product and business-related decisions. But even with the best intentions at heart, many times our decision-making is affected by inherent biases and preconceived notions - not by empirical data.

This is a universal pain across organizations.

    I have seen that intelligent real estate agents almost everywhere are Advertising and marketing. They are knowing that it's not just placing a poster in the front area. It's really pertaining to building interactions with these retailers who at some time will become consumers. So, after you give your time and effort to supporting these retailers go it alone -- the "Law associated with Reciprocity" kicks in. Thanks for your blog post.
