!Cognitive biases of the different stakeholders : Don't blame the data

As product managers, we rely heavily on gathering data in order to make product and business-related decisions. But even with the best intentions at heart, many times our decision-making is affected by inherent biases and preconceived notions - not by empirical data.

This is a universal pain across organizations.

    One thing I want to say is the fact before acquiring more computer memory, look at the machine directly into which it is installed. Should the machine is running Windows XP, for instance, the particular memory limit is 3.25GB. Adding more than this would simply constitute any waste. Be sure that one's mother board can handle the upgrade quantity, as well. Interesting blog post.
