About the lecture:
From minimum to valuable product
MVP, we have all used the word. Most of us have participated in one. But what makes an MVP successful? And if product managers know how to MVP, why do 95% of new products fail every year? In my talk I will explore the MVP journey through the lenses of my personal experience failing and succeeding to launch new products to market in different countries. Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my
4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.
There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants
to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had
