!Cognitive biases of the different stakeholders : Don't blame the data

As product managers, we rely heavily on gathering data in order to make product and business-related decisions. But even with the best intentions at heart, many times our decision-making is affected by inherent biases and preconceived notions - not by empirical data.

This is a universal pain across organizations. 

 

In this talk, we will reveal the most prominent cognitive biases and explore mitigation tips to make better data-driven decisions.     I might also like to say that most of those who find themselves without the need of health insurance can be students, self-employed and those that are laid-off. More than half with the uninsured are under the age of Thirty-five. They do not feel they are wanting health insurance because they're young and healthy. Its income is often spent on houses, food, in addition to entertainment. Some people that do go to work either 100 or not professional are not supplied insurance by means of their work so they proceed without due to the rising cost of health insurance in america. Thanks for the suggestions you reveal through this site.
