The challenge becomes much harder when the company grows quickly from 30 to 300 people. In this lecture we will try to analyze a few behaviors which can help in such a situation.

Its like you read my mind! You appear to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you can do with a few pics to drive the message home a little bit, but other than that, this is wonderful blog. An excellent read. I'll definitely be back.
