!Cognitive biases of the different stakeholders : Don't blame the data

As product managers, we rely heavily on gathering data in order to make product and business-related decisions. But even with the best intentions at heart, many times our decision-making is affected by inherent biases and preconceived notions - not by empirical data.

This is a universal pain across organizations. 

 

In this talk, we will reveal the most prominent cognitive biases and explore mitigation tips to make better data-driven decisions.     Today, I went to the beachfront with my children. I found
    a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.

    Great blog post. What I would like to contribute is that laptop or computer memory is required to be purchased but if your computer can no longer cope with that which you do by using it. One can put in two RAM boards having 1GB each, for example, but not certainly one of 1GB and one having 2GB. One should look for the company's documentation for the PC to ensure what type of ram is required.
