!Cognitive biases of the different stakeholders : Don't blame the data

As product managers, we rely heavily on gathering data in order to make product and business-related decisions. But even with the best intentions at heart, many times our decision-making is affected by inherent biases and preconceived notions - not by empirical data.

This is a universal pain across organizations. 

 

In this talk, we will reveal the most prominent cognitive biases and explore mitigation tips to make better data-driven decisions.     I've learned some new things through your web site. One other thing I would really like to say is newer laptop or computer os's are likely to allow much more memory to be played with, but they as well demand more memory space simply to run. If an individual's computer cannot handle additional memory as well as the newest software requires that memory space increase, it is usually the time to shop for a new Laptop. Thanks
