I have viewed that sensible real estate agents everywhere are Promotion. They are recognizing that it's not just placing a sign in the front area. It's really regarding building associations with these vendors who later will become buyers. So, after you give your time and energy to encouraging these suppliers go it alone : the "Law involving Reciprocity" kicks in. Great blog post.
